VACATION RENTAL WEEKLY CLEANING SPECIAL

Our housekeeping division offers a full range of services for every season, ranging from construction and regular cleaning services, spring/winter openings, winter/fall closings, winterization and weekly turnover housekeeping.

$129.00 - Basic Weekly Turnover Services Include

*All special weekly cleaning pricing is subject to property walk through.

Kitchen

  • Wipe down outside of ALL appliances
  • Clean outside and inside of the microwave
  • WIpe down all counter tops
  • Clean stove (removing, if applicable, all burners and scrub clean)
  • Clean over the stove and remove any grease build up.
  • Clean sink
  • Mop floor using “applicable cleaning solution”
  • Wipe down outside of the cabinets
  • Wipe kitchen table and chairs

Bathrooms

  • Clean Tub/Shower
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean sink
  • Scrub toilet bowl inside and out
  • Vacuum bathroom carpet(s)
  • Mop floor

Bedrooms

  • Change beds (if linen provided)
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Mop any floors
  • Clean mirrors
  • Dust and clean window sills
  • Wipe down light switches and door knobs

Other areas (Dining Room, Family Room, Hallways, and Stairs)

Bi-Annual Being Away Package

$399.00- Spring/Winter Housekeeping Services + Basic.

When you are away, it is vital to know that there is someone you can trust and who can keep you informed about the condition of your property. For this reason Atlantic Property Advisors has designed our “Bi-Annual Being Away Package” to ensure that everything will be carried out to your satisfaction for when you or your guest arrive or when you leave for the off season.

  • Professional cleaning, opening and airing of property
  • Moping and cleaning of all floors.
  • Cleaning of dust, cobwebs and as required by vacuum cleaner.
  • Clean all sinks
  • Cleaning and disinfection of toilets and bathrooms.
  • Cleaning of window panels, glasses, and partitions.
  • Cleaning of all waste paper baskets.
  • Disposal of perishable food.
  • Collection and removal of used linen and towels.
  • Rolling and folding rugs
  • Closing shutters/windows and securing property.
  • Check power supplies
  • Test lighting/change bulbs
  • Test burglar alarm/smoke alarms
  • Test electronics
  • Check oven, and ventilation
  • Test/unplug all appliances
  • Check water supply
  • Fill grill propane tanks
  • Check plumbing
  • Check furnace/filters
  • Drain water pipes
  • Check air conditioning
  • Clean/Store/ Place deck and lawn furniture
  • Check for dampness/ activate dehumidifiers
  • Report any health and safety issues
  • Provide a full property report

In addition, in case of natural hazards such as thunderstorms, strong winds and flooding, we send detailed emergency reports on damages incurred and recommended repairs for your consideration and approval.*Additional fees may apply for such items as filters, batteries, light bulbs, trash liners ect. Any supplies or hardware with the exception of basic cleaning supplies are billed at pricing of home depot and can be found on www.homedepot.com. All properties are subject to walk through, properties over 2000 square feet based on foundation size are billed at an additional $10.00 per 100 square feet. Example: 3000 square foot home = $499.00
